The objective of the study was to contribute to environmental preservation and human resource development by focusing on the planting of hybrid coconut seeds. The study employed a method involving the purchase of 20 coconut seedlings from local communities, which were then planted in vacant land owned by Assilulu Village, specifically in front of SD Negeri 170 Assilulu. The implementation of this initiative occurred on May 11, 2023, as part of the KKN program. The results of the study indicate that the community of Assilulu, with its abundant natural resources, can benefit from the maximization of these resources. The planting of hybrid coconut seedlings not only provides valuable insights into their cultivation but also contributes to the enhancement of human resources in Assilulu Village, thus achieving a balance between natural resources and human capital. This research highlights the importance of sustainable environmental practices and the cultivation of high-quality human resources in rural communities. Drawing on Laswell's communication theory, which encompasses the elements of who, says what, through which media, to whom, and with what effects, the study highlights the online communication capabilities provided by the game, such as chat and voice note features. Through these features, players can engage in effective online communication without the need for physical meetings. The research findings reveal that Mobile Legends: Bang Bang facilitates the formation of communities, allowing players to establish connections and build relationships beyond the game. The study concludes that despite the presence of in-game noise, the communication among gamers within a group is highly effective, with players predominantly utilizing chat features and symbols during gameplay for efficient communication. After each match, players further engage in voice chat discussions to analyze game outcomes and address challenges faced during gameplay. Leveraging geographic information system (GIS) software, ArcGIS, the initiative gathered geospatial data through site surveys to obtain coordinates of key public infrastructure. This data was subsequently documented, tested for accuracy using Google Earth, and analyzed using ArcGIS 10.7. The resulting map was printed as banners and strategically placed at community entry points. This project contributes significantly to facilitating easier navigation for newcomers to the community, enabling them to locate important facilities such as government, religious, educational, and healthcare institutions, and tourism sites more efficiently. However, the project acknowledges room for further refinement, such as including additional facilities like agricultural, marine, and market infrastructures, recommending these as directions for future work in improving community navigability and land use planning in Assilulu.
Highlights:

Fostering social responsibility via practical community projects.

Effective use of ArcGIS and Google Earth for navigation map creation.

Identified potential for future map improvements and land use planning.

Keywords: Geospatial Data, Public Facility Navigation, Community Engagement, ArcGIS, Land Use Planning

Fransina Latumahina Rizka Regita Cahyani Ruslin Ruslin Rizky Nabilah N.
